Hiring Onsite Engineers in Tokyo & Osaka (Multiple Roles – Native Japanese Required)

Long-Term Project / Immediate Start

We are looking for highly skilled
native-level Japanese-speaking engineers
for multiple onsite customer projects in Japan.

Japanese language fluency is
mandatory
as the roles require daily communication with Japanese clients and full onsite integration.

RPA Engineer (UiPath) – Osaka

Role:
RPA Scenario Development (UiPath)

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end development using UiPath (requirements → development → testing)
  • Creating new automation scenarios and workflows
  • Close communication with business stakeholders in Japanese
  • Post-development maintenance & operations

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years' experience in UiPath development
  • Full lifecycle experience (requirements → testing → maintenance)
  • Strong Japanese communication skills (Native level)
  • Must be available for
    100% onsite
    work (security requirement)

C++ / PL-SQL Developer – Tokyo

Role:
Core System Development for a Major Securities Firm

Responsibilities:

  • Batch program development
  • Investigation & fixes of defects
  • Enhancements and code improvements
  • Collaboration with Japanese engineering teams

Required Skills:

  • 3–5 years of C++ development experience
  • PL/SQL experience (able to develop independently)
  • Linux server usage experience
  • Experience in business systems (not embedded)
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts
  • Native-level Japanese required
    for daily discussions and reviews

Linux Server / Cloud Engineer – Tokyo

Role:
Infrastructure Build & Setup for Disaster Management Systems

Responsibilities:

  • Linux server design, build, and configuration
  • Installation & initial setup of various software
  • Documentation
  • Supporting system testing

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years in Linux server design/build
  • Knowledge of AWS/Azure (beginner certification acceptable)
  • Ability to communicate smoothly in
    native Japanese
  • Willingness for occasional weekend support

Preferred:

  • AWS/Azure environment design/build experience
  • Oracle DB design/build experience

General Requirements (All Roles)

  • Native-level Japanese is mandatory
  • Must be located in Japan
  • Work Format:
    100% onsite (no remote)
  • Duration: Long-term
  • Interviews: 1–2 rounds
  • Immediate joiners preferred
