We're seeking a hands-on Product Manager to help grow our Customer Profile product team within Kraken, improving on an industry-leading experience for our clients.
You'll tackle complex challenges and create capabilities which enable a universal model of the end customer and their account. These capabilities are foundational to Kraken's success, and they constantly need to grow with the rest of the business.
You'll help shape Kraken's evolving structure, as the team is currently reorganizing itself into subgroups to improve focus and clarity. There are currently 9 developers and a PM, spread across European and APAC timezones.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and prioritise the product roadmap to ensure alignment between Kraken and our clients.
• Work closely with the software engineering teams, design team, and Client Delivery Leads, to define the product vision and strategy.
• Gather, consolidate, and break down stakeholder requirements into actionable, incremental tasks.
• Use your deep understanding of our customer modeling products to identify and resolve issues, whilst leveraging existing and new technologies to drive improvement
• Support the engineering teams to develop product features.
• Develop relationships with client leads within Kraken Technologies, and interact directly with the client whenever needed.
• Work across timezones to proactively manage dependencies and drive cross team collaboration.
• Continuously identify ways to improve visibility, remove blockers, and accelerate development.

What we're looking

• Proven experience leading large, complex products with multiple stakeholders and diverse user needs
• Experience with agile product development and user-centered design principles
• To be able to work in an ambiguous, dynamic environment, and be comfortable with uncertainty and constant change.
• Experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up would be a plus.
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to interact with people with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance competing demands and influence decision-making at all levels of the organisation
