本ポジションは、EPC契約・コスト・スケジュール・リスクを含む「実行責任」そのものを担う役割です。
【ポジション概要】
EPC Director / Senior EPC Managerとして、
再エネプロジェクト(太陽光・蓄電池)における 設計〜調達〜建設〜試運転〜引き渡しまでのEPC全工程を統括していただきます。
開発・ファイナンス・法務・アセットマネジメントと連携しながら、
安全・品質・コスト・工期の最適化をリードするポジションです。
【職務内容】
Solar PV / BESSプロジェクトにおけるEPC全体統括
EPC業者・主要ベンダーの選定、契約交渉、パフォーマンス管理
EPC契約条件(コスト、工期、リスク分担)の管理・実行責任
設計・調達・建設・試運転・引き渡しまでの工程管理
プロジェクト予算・スケジュール・リスクの一元管理
社内外ステークホルダー(開発、法務、金融機関、EPC、行政等)との調整
プロジェクトチームの構築・育成、実行体制の強化
品質・安全基準の徹底および改善推進
【応募資格】
EPCまたは建設プロジェクトにおける実行責任経験(10年以上目安)
再エネ、エネルギー、電力、インフラ分野でのプロジェクト経験
EPC契約・コスト・スケジュール管理に強い実務経験
日本国内の建設・EPC業界への深い理解
日本語ビジネスレベル必須、英語での業務対応が可能な方
