レポートライン(本ポジションの上長)はLogistics GCM(Global Category Manager、フランス人)で、RCM(Regional Category Manager)として、要求元であるサプライチェーン部門と連携し、日本リージョンのロジスティクスカテゴリーのマネージメントを行っていただきます。

主なミッションは下記の通りです。

1)ロジスティクス支出の低減・最適化

2)カテゴリー戦略、サプライヤー戦略の立案・遂行

3)プロセス標準化

4)業務効率化

5)その他、ロジスティクス調達関連業務全般

募集背景


Astemo全社トランスフォーメーションプロジェクトが進行する中、サプライチェーンの最適化は最重要項目の1つです。その中でも、ロジスティクスコストの最適化は特に重要かつ急務であり、サプライチェーンチームと連携した活動を推進中です。

今回、社内異動による欠員補充のため、ダイレクター職(部長職相当)を募集します。

ミッション/期待する役割・責任


・RCM(Regional Category Manager)として、日本リージョンのロジスティクスカテゴリーのマネージメントを行う。

・GCM(Global Category Manager、フランス人)、サプライチェーンチームと連携し、カテゴリー戦略の立案、原価低減を推進する。

・PMO(Program Management Team)と連携し、プロセス標準化、業務効率化を推進する。

職務概要(具体的な業務内容)


1)日本リージョンにおけるロジスティクス関連支出の低減および最適化(物流費、梱包費、他)

2)カテゴリー戦略、サプライヤー戦略の立案・遂行

3)プロセス標準化推進(PMOとの連携)

4)業務効率化推進(PMOとの連携)

5)その他、ロジスティクス調達関連業務全般

週2, 3回程度

  • 平均残業時間

通常月30時間程度、業務状況により月50時間を超える場合もあります。

コアタイムなしのフレックスタイム制のため、生活スタイルに応じてフレキシブルな働き方が可能です。

1)AstemoのTransformationにとってサプライチェーンの変革は非常に、重要度が高く不可欠な活動の1つです。本ポジションは物流関連のコスト最適化の観点から、サプライチェーンの変革に深く関わり、スキルや知識を高め、自己成長することができます。

2)本ポジションの上長はLogitics GCM(物流を管理しているGlobal Category Manager、フランス人)で、原価低減や戦略立案、Air/Ocean Global Bid等の活動において密な連携が必要となります。こういった環境の中で英語力やグローバル業務の経験を積むことができます。

3)キャリアパスとして、間接材の他カテゴリー(Professional Services, IT, Capex, MRO)のRCM(Regional Category Manager)や各カテゴリーのGCM、SCMなどが可能です。

必須条件


・高いコミュニケーションスキル、対人折衝スキル

・ステークホルダーマネージメントスキル

・日本語ネイティブレベルおよび英語力TOEIC 730点以上

・調達業務経験(10年以上)

・ピープルマネージメント経験(マネージャー以上の職位で5年以上)

・サプライチェーン関連業務経験

・TOEIC 800点以上
