仕事内容:
社内規定やナレッジデータをもとに、RAG(Retrieval-Augmented Generation)システムを構築し、LLMを活用したAIヘルプデスク(チャットボット)を開発するプロジェクトです。
開発にあたり、Azure AI SearchやPythonを活用し、データ整備~チャットシステム開発・精度改善までを支援いただきます。
PoC(検証)フェーズも含まれるため、AI開発への理解と柔軟な対応力が求められます。
【業務内容】
- 社内規定等のドキュメントをベースとしたRAGシステムの開発・精度改善
- ナレッジデータベースの構築、前処理
- チャットボット(AIヘルプデスク)の設計~開発
- Azure AI Search を活用したドキュメント検索/統合
- 社内・クライアントとのMTG参加(要件定義/進捗報告)
