国際的な音楽賞の選考プロセスにおける海外審査員を対象とした事務局運営・審査における進行管理を一手に担い、実行委員会やその他ステークホルダーと連携しながら、海外審査員の皆様との円滑なコミュニケーション及び審査実施を日本語と英語で支援していくポジションです。

授賞式当日に向けた、海外審査員を中心とする海外ゲストの来日に関する窓口業務・進行管理、現場での運営業務(受付・案内・アテンド等)もお願いします。

複数の業務を同時進行で管理するマルチタスク能力や、裁量の大きな環境でスケジュールやタスク管理を行うマネジメント力はもちろんのこと、幅広いステークホルダーと関係性を築き上げるコミュニケーション能力や調整力、VVIPのホスピタリティ経験が求められます。

全体統括を行うプロデューサーのもと、計3~4名からなるチームのメンバーと協力をしながら業務を進めていただきます。

基本的には、実務を一手に引き受け、進捗管理や実行委員会との日々のコミュニケーションも含めた業務をお願いします。

【業務内容】

・海外審査員に対する窓口業務

・メール送付(概要送付~仮登録・本登録~一次・最終投票~招待状~来日の調整~当日の案内~出席のお礼~事後処理)

・個別問い合わせ対応とFAQの更新

・プロデューサーやプロジェクトマネージャーなどの社内スタッフとの連携および実行委員会や各部会とのリエゾン(定期的な打ち合わせ等での進捗報告、関連イベントへの出席を含む)

・海外審査員の審査の進行管理

・実行委員会や国内審査員事務局チームと連携したスケジュール管理

・必要に応じた、海外審査員へのリマインドやフォローアップ

・海外審査員のデータ集計(国別、職種別等のデータや投票率の進捗報告など)

・海外審査員向けComms(資料やメール雛形等)の作成・英訳・修正提案

・各種メール雛形

・アワード実施概要資料の翻訳、FAQ及びOnePager作成

・アワード登録システム及び投票システム内テキスト、手順説明書

・アワード招待状、来日や当日に関する詳細な案内

・海外審査員を中心とする海外ゲストの来日に関する窓口業務・進行管理

・各ゲストの来日に関する情報の収集・整理・共有

・旅行代理店などのステークホルダーとのリエゾン

・アワード当日に向けた事前準備および終了後のフォローアップ業務

・当日スケジュールおよび動線計画、当日運営マニュアルの策定サポート

・必要物品・資料の事前準備、終了後のレポート等の資料作成サポート

・現地サポート業務

・WhatsApp等でのComms(資料やメール雛形等)の作成・送信、問い合わせ対応

・海外ゲストの出迎え・受付・誘導・案内ほか、開催中現地での必要なサポートの提供

・その他:アワード以外の業務(主にアワード閑散期)

・イベント案件における制作・AD業務全般

・配信案件における制作・AD業務全般

・外資系クライアントの広告案件における制作・AD業務全般

【必要な条件・経験】

・日本語・英語ビジネス上級、できれば日英ネイティブレベル(フルバイリンガル)が理想

・目安:英語TOEIC900点レベル以上、日本語N1レベル以上

・日本語と英語での高い文章力・表現力、資料作成能力

・3年以上の日本での社会人経験

・音楽への関心や情熱

・GoogleWorkspaceの業務での使用経験(GoogleDrive、GoogleMeet、GoogleSlide、GoogleSpreadsheet、GooglerDocument、GoogleCalendarなど)

【望ましい条件・経験】

・放送、映像イベント制作、広告、音楽、エンターテイメント業界やそれに準ずる業界での実務経験

・国内外の音楽業界やトレンドへの幅広い知見

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
