生活相談員オープニングスタッフ大募集

紫水会は名古屋市を中心に多数の施設を展開する

愛知県トップクラスの社会福祉法人です。

この度2026年4月にオープンする新しい介護施設で

生活相談員スタッフを募集します。

介護保険や利用者請求、入居相談など対外的な事から、

ケアマネージャーや内部の職員との連絡調整まで、

施設全体の要としての仕事をお任せします。

・生活相談員の主なお仕事

・入退所・利用開始に関する相談、

・手続き対応利用者様

・ご家族からの相談対応

・ケアマネジャー、医療機関、関係事業所との連携

・現場スタッフ(介護・看護)との情報共有

・施設見学

・契約対応書類作成(計画書・記録など)

Q「3月オープンですが、いつから瀬戸の施設で働けますか?」

A「2月の後半から新施設の見学ができます

3月からは新施設で働くことができます

それまでは近隣の施設での勤務も可能です」

Q「車通勤はできますか?」

A「はい車・バイク通勤も可能です」

Q「ブランクがあるんですが大丈夫ですか?」

A「ブランクがある方も大歓迎です

10年ぐらいブランクがある方もいらっしゃいます」

オープンまでは、

お家の近くの施設で勤務・研修可能

2026年4月までは、

春日井エリア:「オーネスト桃花林」、

瀬戸市エリア「オーネスト紫花」などがありますので

面接時に勤務開始希望日やオープンまで働く施設など

基本給:月給 21万3500円 〜 28万3500円
