About the location:

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other hotel staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure a seamless and coordinated service experience for guests.
  • Work closely with event planners or organizers to coordinate and execute special events and functions held at the hotel.
  • Monthly Seasonal Cocktails:

  • Create and curate a rotating menu of monthly seasonal cocktails to offer guests a unique and diverse experience.
  • Experiment with new recipes and ingredients to stay innovative and on-trend in the ever-evolving world of mixology.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen to pair cocktails with seasonal menu offerings.
  • Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage the bar inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Customer Engagement:

  • Actively engage with guests to build rapport and encourage repeat business.
  • Solicit feedback from customers to continuously improve service and beverage offerings.
  • Training and Mentoring:

  • Assist in training new bartenders and provide ongoing guidance and support.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with the team to elevate overall service quality.
  • Promotions and Marketing:

  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotions and marketing strategies for the bar.
  • Promote special events, happy hours, and other promotions to attract and retain customers.
  • Maintaining Ambiance:

  • Contribute to creating and maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere within the bar area.
  • Ensure that the bar is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
