本社 開発部門での商品開発のお仕事をお任せいたします。
<具体的なお仕事内容>
・LED等を用いた照明機器の商品開発
・真空管アンプ等のオーディオ関連製品の開発
・企画から試作、評価、量産化までを開発メンバーで取り組んでいます。
・専門分野以外の業務に携わっていただくため幅広い分野の開発業務に携われます。
※真空管アンプは海外で現在売り上げが伸びており、円安の影響もあって今後も受注増加予定です。

入社後の流れ
入社後は先輩社員よりマンツーマンで指導頂きます。
まずはオーディオ関係や照明関係(LED)の案件を中心にお任せいたします。
(例)商品設計(筐体設計)、社内案件での治具設計の依頼等
1日の業務の流れ
朝30分間のMTGは全員で実施(案件の進捗管理や、打ち合わせ実施)
その後は個人業務になり自由にスケジュールを決めていく。
組織構成
役職者含め5名、実働は3名(部長:50代、マネージャー:50代、係長:40代、メンバー:20~30代)ですが、
現在20代の方が育休中のため、現在2名で案件を担当しています。

・何かしらの設計のご経験がある方
・商品開発のご経験がある方
- 歓迎条件:
・普通自動車運転免許
・AutoCAD、Solidworks等のCADの使用経験
