仕事内容


大学院生や会社員に向けて、建築・不動産関連国家資格の合格対策講座の受講生募集、学習サポートを行っております。受講生のキャリアプランやライフプランに踏み込み、カウンセリングやコーチングを実施して、学習意欲を損なわないようにフォローアップをお願いします。

資格取得を目指している方は建設業界勤務者や、不動産関連の企業や社会人が中心です。また、これから建築業界へ就職する大学生・大学院生も対象となっています。

主に、当社オリジナルの顧客データベースや試験日のアンケート調査、法人や大学でのガイダンス・セミナー・模試などの参加者へ電話でアプローチをします。資格取得のアドバイスと併せて、講座の優位性を説明し講座受講の契約を獲得していただきます。

※各種研修、知識・トーク等をPC上からいつでも自主学習できる環境学習体制も整えております。
