仕事内容


建設業における現場管理業務を担当していただきます。

工事現場での進行確認や段取り、安全管理など、現場全体を見ながら業務を行います。

現場管理が中心となりますが、工事作業ができる方は作業にも携わっていただきます。

これまで職人として現場経験のある方(大工など)は、即戦力として経験を活かせる環境です。

未経験の方も応募可能で、現場での業務を通して一つずつ仕事を覚えていきます。

夜勤や出張があるため、しっかり働いて収入を得たい方に向いた働き方です。

また、経験を積み、ステップアップを目指したい方が活躍しやすい環境です。

基本給:月給 20万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

未経験者:月給200,000円~

経験者:月給250,000円~

※経験・能力を考慮して決定します
