【仕事内容】

既存建築の改修・バリューアップ案件の主担当をお任せします。適性に応じ、設計もしくはプロジェクトマネジャーを担当していただきます。

■改修設計およびコンサルタント業務

残業や土日出勤については上司への事前申請が必要です(20時以降の残業)。

在宅勤務制度を設けています。出張前など会社によらずに在宅で仕事を行ない、自宅から出張先にまで向かう事ができます。※上司への事前申請は必要です。

【求める人材】

【必須要件】

■一級建築士

■既存建築(非住宅)改修設計経験(5年以上)

【歓迎要件】

・組織設計事務所やゼネコン設計部での経験がある方

【給与】

年収 750 ~ 1000 万円

※月額は基本給の記載です。

■昇給:年1回の評価により決定(弊社給与規定による)

■賞与:年2回(会社業績による)

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
