仕事内容:
住み込み求人サービス「スミジョブ」を中心に、Google広告、LINE広告等のWEB広告運用全般をお任せします。
具体的には
- リスティング・ディスプレイ広告の運用
(Google/Yahoo/Facebook/LINE など) * WEB広告クリエイティブの企画・制作ディレクション
- GA4を用いたサイト分析・改善施策の立案
- 広告代理店との折衝・ディレクション
- 新規広告媒体の検証・導入※担当チャネルを持ちながら、
チームで相談・改善を重ねてPDCAを回します。

9:00~19:30の間でシフト制(実働8時間/休憩90分)

→9:00~18:30

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥63,300(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

一回で100万円以上の実績も多数ございます
