【仕事内容】
【職務内容】
xIDアプリやSmartPOSTなどの自社プロダクト開発における技術的な意思決定とリーダーシップを発揮し、開発チームを牽引していただきます。技術戦略の立案から実装、チーム育成まで幅広くリードしていただきます。
【具体的には】
・ xIDアプリ・SmartPOST等の自社プロダクトの技術戦略・アーキテクチャ設計
・ ユーザー体験を最大化させるUX構築・アプリの設計
・ 自社プロダクトの企画・設計・実装・テスト
・ エンジニアチームの技術的リーダーシップとメンタリング
・ CI等開発ワークフローの効率化
・ 安定したサービス提供のための仕組みづくり(ログや障害検知)
・ 技術選定・コードレビュー・技術的負債管理
・ 新技術の調査・導入検討

【求める人材】
【必須】
・ ユーザー体験を最大化させるUX構築・アプリの設計を行なった経験
・ 商用サービスのネイティブアプリの開発・運用経験(3年以上)
・ Flutter/Swift/Kotlin/Java/Object-Cなどを用いた実装経験(3年以上)
・ エンジニアチームの技術的リーダーシップ・メンタリング経験
・ チームメンバーと効率的にプロダクト開発を進めるコミュニケーション

・ ユーザーフィードバックから、UX・機能改善を継続的に行なった経験

【給与】
年収660~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
