広告・紹介・予約来場されたお客様へのご案内(飛び込み・テレアポなし)

ライフスタイルや趣味に合わせた住宅プラン提案

資金計画やライフプランを含めたアドバイス

契約~引渡し・入居後のフォロー

接客・販売で培った「ヒアリング力・提案力」を最大限活かせる環境です。

8:00~17:30

実働8時間/1日

休憩:有(昼休1時間、午前・午後15分ずつ)

経験者は前年収保証給与が下がる心配はありません

未経験:22万円~

経験者:30万円~

一人前になればどんどん営業を任せていきますし、受注棟数によってインセンティブもつけていきます

そのため、水戸勤務で転勤もありません。
