【東京-港区】NW機器の不具合解析業務/~50代まで幅広い年齢層活躍/※無期雇用派遣

Cisco製品のネットワーク機器故障解析業務をお任せ致します。電気設備からITまで様々なインフラを提供・整備する企業への配属です。

Cisco製品のNW機器の故障解析業務について、下記の業務をお任せ致します。

・OSやハードウェアに内在する不具合(Bug)の調査

・再現検証

・レポート作成

・顧客報告

・ベンダー問い合わせ

資格

  • 必須

・CCNP相当のCiscoネットワーク知識(資格は必須ではありません)

・問い合わせ対応(二次対応以上)又はトラブルシューティング経験

・英語に抵抗感がないこと(翻訳機能を使用しながら業務対応が可能)

  • 尚可

・IOS-XR製品の経験

・ドキュメント作成経験

・顧客報告経験

・一人称で調査方法を検討、工夫できる能力

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

9:00~18:00(プロジェクトにより異なる)1日あたりの実働時間:8時間

給与


月給 28万円~35万円

(一律手当を含む)

  • 賞与:年2回(7月・12月)
  • 昇給:年2回(4月・10月)

※スキル経験年数を考慮し話し合いの上、優遇します。

【諸手当】

  • 普通残業/深夜残業手当/休日出勤手当(1分単位で全額支給)
  • 通勤費全額支給

(車の場合、ガソリン代を支給)

  • 家族手当 ※扶養者のみ

  • 赴任手当

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者:50,000円/月

  • 借上社宅制度(社員寮)※単身・家族で利用可
  • 引越費用全額会社負担

※会社都合での転居(赴任先への引っ越し)の場合のみ

  • 赴任旅費
  • 帰省旅費支給

支給条件:

・赴任地と自宅の直線距離250Km以上

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者(1回/2カ月)

・扶養家族を有しない単身赴任者(1回/6カ月)

(※独身での転勤の場合、支給なし)

  • 慶弔見舞金支給
