【仕事内容】

お客様への接客を中心に、

サービス全般をお任せします。

  • 具体的には…

・お会計、オーダー

・ドリンク作成

・料理のご提供

・仕入れ など

お客様が心地よく過ごせるような接客をお願いします

また、業務に慣れてきたら

スキルやご希望に応じて、スタッフ育成など

幅広い業務をお任せします

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり169時間18分

月~金 11:30~22:00

土日祝 11:00~22:00

給与


月給 24万4000円~28万2600円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり3万5500円以上(固定残業時間:23時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

経験・スキルなどを考慮のうえ決定します。

  • 給与改定(年1回)
  • 決算賞与(年1回)

  • 残業手当

(下記の固定残業見合手当を超えた分は別途支給)

月給が28万未満の場合

固定残業時間:23時間

見合手当:\35,500以上

月給が28万円以上の場合

固定残業時間:33時間

見合手当:\55,400以上

  • 法定休出手当
  • 深夜勤務手当(22:00~25%UP)

※月給に応じて固定残業代は変動しますが、

いずれも記載の最低額以上を保証しています。

交通費:交通費支給
