【仕事内容】

当社が運営する

就労継続支援B型事業所にて、

サービス管理責任者として業務をお任せします。

利用者の「働くこと」と「日々の生活」の

両面に寄り添いながら、

安心して過ごせる支援体制を

整えていく役割です。

  • 就労継続支援B型事業所での業務内容

・個別支援計画の作成および見直し

・利用者との面談・ヒアリング対応

・目標設定や支援方針の策定

・日々の支援状況の把握・記録

・スタッフへの指導・アドバイス

・就労支援・生活支援の調整

・行政・医療・福祉機関など

関係機関との連携、情報共有

・ご家族との連携・情報共有

・各種書類・報告書の作成

利用者の成長を身近で感じられる、

やりがいのあるポジションです。

また、チームの中心的存在として、

安心できる職場・支援環境づくりにも

関わっていただきます。

学歴不問/経験者のみ

  • サービス管理責任者の資格要件を満たす方

経験を活かして、利用者さんの「できること」を一緒に増やしていきたい方を歓迎します

実働時間:1日あたり7時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

9:00~17:00

休憩60分あり

給与詳細


基本給:月給 30万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※想定年収 3,600,000円~

  • 経験や能力を考慮し、決定します
  • 処遇改善加算手当も別途支給

給与例


3,200,000円/2年目(20代・サービス管理責任者)

3,800,000円/5年目(30代・サービス管理責任者)
