月給21万5000円~28万3000円※給与詳細参照

月給215,000~283,000円

  • 試用期間(3ヵ月)は、月給205,000円、交通費上限2万円まで支給します。
  • 試用期間中のスキルを考慮して、月給を決定します。

仕事内容


動物とお客様の橋渡しとなり、

店舗の運営全体を担う総合職です。

  • 動物たちの健康管理

フクロウ、ビントロング、

アルマジロなど希少動物の

日々の様子を観察し、

給餌やケアを行います。

体調変化に気づく目と、

丁寧な記録が欠かせません。

  • お客様対応・案内業務

ご来店されたお客様に

ふれあいルールを説明し、

安全で楽しい時間を提供します。

笑顔での接客と

落ち着いた対応が大切です。

  • 店舗運営・管理

開閉店業務、売上管理、

備品発注、イベント企画など、

運営全般に関わります。

慣れてきたら

アルバイトスタッフの教育や

シフト調整もお任せします。

  • チームワークを大切にしています

意見を出し合いながら

仕組みづくりを進めています。

責任ある立場で

店舗運営に携わりたい方に

8:30~20:30

  • 上記のうち原則、交代制で

実働8h勤務のシフト制。

  • 休憩あり(60分)

  • シフトについて

8:30始業のシフトが中心です。

業務に慣れた後は、

*11:30~20:30(実働8h)*

をメインに、

日ごとに変動のある
