機材レンタル会社での内勤営業

未経験OK人物重視の採用です

お客さまからのお問い合わせや発注依頼の電話に対して適切な商品のご提案・ご案内を行います。

また、見積作成や請求業務といった営業事務的な要素もありますが、お客様や社内関係部署とのコミュニケーションも多く、同時並行的に業務を進めていただきます。

<具体的な業務>

  • 問い合わせ対応

お客様からのお問い合わせや発注依頼に主に電話で対応します。お問い合わせ内容は幅広く、

「という商品はレンタルしてる?」「こういう作業には、何を使えばいい?」といった問い

合わせに対して、自社で取り扱う商品をご提案。分からないことは先輩に聞いたり、調べて折り

返せばOKですまた、過去に取引のあったお客様に対して、新商品の案内やお困りごとがないか

確認を行なうこともあります。

  • 営業サポート

営業が受注した内容をもとに、在庫確認や書類準備など事務まわりのサポートを行ないます。案

件の追いかけなど幅広く対応していきます。

  • 受注、配送手配

受注内容はフォーマットやシステムに沿って入力します。その内容を基に在庫の管理を行なって

います。お客様からの電話でそのまま受注することもあるので、常に在庫表を確認しながら業務

を進めます。「この機材の手配大丈夫?」「ってどうなったっけ?」「これ大丈夫?手伝おうか」など、お互いに声を掛けながら働いています。

  • 問い合わせ対応などでやりとりすることが多いのは、主に足場を取り扱う同業者さん。時には

建設業者さんにも対応しますが、基本的には長くお付き合いのあるお客様が中心のため、徐々に

慣れていけます
