あなたの営業経験やサポートセンターでの対話スキルが、高校生の未来と日本企業の成長を直接支援する力になります。

お任せするのは、これまでになかった新しい新卒採用支援サービスを、全国の学校や企業にご案内するお仕事です。

社会的な意義が大きく、感謝される場面も多いため、大きなやりがいを感じながら高時給とプライベートの充実を両立できます。

【具体的な業務内容】

専門知識は不要です。

あなたのコミュニケーション能力を最大限に活かせるよう、業務はシンプルに標準化されています。

  • リストをもとにご連絡:高校や企業のリストに基づき、お電話を発信します。

基本的なトークの流れは決まっているのでご安心ください。

  • サービスの魅力をご案内:進路指導の先生や人事担当者様へ、新しい採用・進学支援システムをご紹介します。

相手の課題に寄り添い、サービスの価値を伝えます。

  • アポイントの日程調整:サービスにご興味を持ってくださった方と、後日詳細な説明を行うための日程を調整します。

成約までの営業活動は別の専門担当者が行うため、目標が明確で取り組みやすいのが特徴です。

  • 簡単なPC入力:お話しした内容や調整した日程などを、社内システムにフォーマット通り入力します。

基本的なPC操作ができれば問題ありません。
