アパレルEC事業を展開する当社にて、【総務スタッフ】を募集します。
ブランドや現場を支える"縁の下の力持ち"として、
社内環境や業務がスムーズに回るようサポートするポジションです。
EC事業・制作・運用チームなど、さまざまな部署と連携しながら、
ファッションブランドの世界観づくりをバックオフィスから支えるやりがいがあります。

・社内のスケジュール調整、各種連絡対応
・書類作成、データ入力、ファイリングなどの事務業務
・備品管理、オフィス環境の整備
・経理・人事・EC運用チームとの連携・サポート
・来客・電話・メール対応 など

勤務時間・曜日:
フレックスタイム制
- 【出社時】コアタイム 11:00〜16:00
1日の標準労働時間は8時間+休憩1時間。
※試用期間中は出社勤務となります
※試用期間終了後、業務状況に応じてリモート勤務の相談可(社内規定あり)

国内出張はありません。
屋内原則禁煙(喫煙専用室あり)
アクセス:
オフィスは池尻大橋駅から徒歩5分圏内。

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥450,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥33,800〜¥60,900(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
・月給25万円〜45万円+業績連動ボーナス(実力次第でしっかり還元)
・みなし残業代¥33,800~¥60,900(20時間分)を含みます/超過分は別途支給
・昇給:年1回/賞与:業績連動型
・試用期間:6ヶ月(期間中の給与・待遇は同条件/※入社6か月後から条件付きでリモート可能)
