- Summary of Job Purpose. Mission:Ensure the server infrastructure is operational and adequate to support Zimmer Biomet business in Japan. Basic Purpose:Manage Zimmer Biomet server infrastructure in Japan.
- Accountabilities – Key Result Areas (KRA's)
- Major Tasks & Responsibilities:
Perform the following duties in relation to the server infrastructure below.
- ITIL Activities (Work on Incident & Service Request Tickets)
- Troubleshooting
- Escalation to Global Wintel, Storage or Backup Team (if necessary)
- Inventory Control & Updates
- OS Security Patch Application
- Configuration Updates due to Global Policy & Standard
- Security Vulnerabilities Remediation
- File & Print Server Administration
- Hardware Refresh including Data Moving
- Creation, Change & Deletion of Active Directory User IDs & Groups
- Monthly Reporting with KPI
- Work on Budget & CAPEX Appropriation Request
- Audit Materials Preparation
- SOX Document Update
- International Team Meeting Participation
- Server Infrastructure.
- Wintel Servers on VMware
- Blade Servers & SAN Storages
- Active Directory
- Printers (MFP, Laser & Dot Impact)
- Power, UPS & Air Conditioners in Server Rooms
- Work with Network, Application, EUC & Service Desk Teams
- Manage & Work with Suppliers & Vendors

Essential
- Technical Expertise
- MCSE qualified or the equivalent with the minimum 2 – 3 years' experience or the minimum 5 years' experience of Windows Server & Active Directory administration.
