【必須条件】

・木造戸建住宅の施工管理実務経験をお持ちの方

※経験年数は問いません。

【歓迎条件】

・建築士(二級以上)または建築施工管理技士(二級以上)の資格をお持ちの方

・住宅メーカー、建築会社、リフォーム会社等での勤務経験

・原価管理システムの使用経験

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

休暇・休日:

■年間休日124日

■完全週休2日制(土曜・日曜)、祝日

■休暇:夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、慶弔休暇、育児休暇、産前産後休暇、有給休暇(入社直後10日~20日付与)

勤務地:

採用決定後、神奈川県内の下記いずれかの拠点に配属決定となります。

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,500,000 〜 ¥7,500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥87,000〜¥120,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

ご経験を正当に評価し、月給38万円以上を保証します。

※前職給与も最大限考慮。

■賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

■昇給:年1回 ※いずれも人事評価制度に基づき決定。

■手当:通勤手当、資格手当(宅建・建築士)

※月給には45時間分の固定残業手当を含みます。全社平均残業は月20時間程度ですが、45時間に満たない場合でも固定残業代は満額支給します。超過分は別途全額支給。
