「売る」のではなく「聞く」お仕事。完全在宅で学生の未来をサポートしませんか?
Zoomを使って就活中の学生さんと面談を行い、悩みを聞きながら最適な就活サービスやイベントをご案内する「インサイドセールス(就活アドバイザー)」のお仕事です。
集客は会社が行うため、テレアポや飛び込みは一切ありません(100%反響スタイル)。
【具体的な業務内容】
- 初回ヒアリング
就活状況や悩みをヒアリングし、学生さんと信頼関係を構築します。
- 提案(マッチング)
希望に合った企業を3社ほどご紹介し、予約取得をその場でサポートします。
- フォロー面談
「面談どうだった?」と感想を聞き、次のステップ(特別イベント等)へ導きます。
※トークスクリプト(台本)や使用ツールは全て完備「何を話せばいいかわからない」という心配はありません。
※ゆくゆくは、アルバイトスタッフ(面談担当)のチームリーダーもお任せしたいと考えています。

無理な押し売りは禁止です。学生にメリットのある提案(無料ツールの紹介など)しかしないため、感謝されることが最大のやりがいです。
「通勤時間0分」の生産性
完全在宅勤務です。満員電車で消耗する時間を、自分の時間や業務に充てられます。
ITスキル×マネジメント経験
Slack、Zoom、Notionなどの最新ツールを活用します。将来どこでも通用する「デジタル時代の営業管理スキル」が身につきます。
求める人材:
【必須条件】
- 社会人経験が1年以上ある方(職種不問)
- PCの基本操作(タッチタイピング、Zoom接続など)がスムーズにできる方
- 「素直さ」と「約束を守ること」に自信がある方
- マニュアルやルールを遵守し、コツコツと業務に取り組める方
【歓迎条件】
- 法人・個人問わず営業経験がある方
- インサイドセールス、カスタマーサポート経験者
- 「数字を追うのは好きだが、理不尽なノルマは嫌い」という方
勤務時間・曜日:
・10:00~19:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)
・完全在宅勤務(フルリモート)
※業務状況により、時間のスライド(時差出勤)も可能です。
例)学生の面談予約が多い日は「13:00~22:00」で稼働するなど、
ご自身の生活スタイルと相談しながら柔軟に調整できます。
・完全週休2日制(シフト制)
※土日祝の稼働も歓迎しますが、その場合は平日に振替休日を取得していただきます。
休暇・休日:
- 完全週休2日制(シフト制)
- 年次有給休暇
- 年末年始休暇
- 慶弔休暇
※基本は週2日のお休みを確保します。
※土日祝の稼働をお願いする場合もありますが、その際は必ず平日に振替休日を取得していただきます。
勤務地:
- 完全在宅勤務(フルリモート)
- 転勤なし
- 日本全国どこからでも勤務可能です
【受動喫煙防止措置】
原則屋内禁煙(※在宅勤務のため、就業場所は個人の居住環境に準じます)
アクセス:
完全在宅のため、通勤時間は「0分」です。
ご自宅など、インターネット環境が整った静かな場所で勤務いただけます。
給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥260,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥61,100〜¥82,200(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
昇給:随時(能力・成果に応じて正当に評価します)
インセンティブ制度あり(業績・成果による)
試用期間:3ヶ月(期間中の給与・待遇に変更はありません)
固定残業代を含む(超過分は別途全額支給します)
