駆け付け警備スタッフを募集します

【具体的なお仕事内容】

防犯や防災を中心とした、

警報・要請の一次対応をお任せいたします。

<具体的には>

・防犯警報対応

・火災警報対応

・設備対応(マンションの防火設備、水回り、電気回りトラブルなど)

・駐車場の障害対応(精算機が詰まってしまった、駐車券が出てこないなど)

・工場巡回 など

マンションが多いエリアになるので、

・鍵を持たずに出てしまった

・鍵を落としてしまった

・扉が開かない など

プライベートのご対応は、登録頂いた連絡先と

連携を取り慎重に対応するものもあったりします。

普段は待機所にて待機し、

担当エリアの契約物件(オフィスや駐車場など様々)で

異常が発生すると出動要請が所持する端末に届き

現場へ急行し対応します。

【入社後の流れ】

■入社後、2泊3日の集合研修を実施(法定教育・指定教育)

・警備業法や礼式・基本動作

・護身術

・救命技能などを学んでいただきます。

■実務研修(OJT)

個人の習熟度に応じて丁寧に対応。

無理なく安心して実地研修を受けていただけます。

マニュアルを作成し、訓練を日々行っているので、

少しずつできることを増やしてもらえればOKです◎

【多様なキャリアステップ】

1エリアの担当から3~4エリア担当とエリアを増やしていきます。

その後、部下の指導→パトロール全体の管理→指令センター、

お客さんからの問い合わせ対応の部署、現場の役職で階級UPなど

頑張り次第でどんどんキャリアアップできる環境です。

経験年数と担当エリア・物件数が増えると、

その分パトロール手当もアップしていきます

プロフェッショナルとして現場専属もよし、

事務的な仕事を行うポジションにキャリアチェンジもよし

■運転が苦手でも大丈夫サポート体制抜群

現場へは車で向かうのですが、運転が苦手な方は

交通量の少ないエリアで運転技術を身に付けてから

配属するなど教育体制は万全です◎

これまでには運転の練習に1.2ヵ月みっちり取組めた方もいるので

車の運転が苦手な方もご安心ください

警報が鳴ってから25分以内に

現場へ駆けつけるのが警備業の決まり。

そのため、法定速度を守りながら、

渋滞につかまらず現場に到着する近道もお教えします

保有物件数が多いため、それぞれの対応で

新しい経験を積むことができます。

警備員、施設警備員、常駐警備、大学警備、守衛、貴重品運搬警備、

夜間施設警備員、夜間警備や夜勤警備、パトロールなどの経験者

18歳以上(警備業務のため/警備業法第14条/例外事由 2号)

<こんな方に向いています>

多くの対応がイレギュラーのため、

ずっと気を張っていると疲れてしまいます。

休日や休憩時間にしっかりリフレッシュして

オンオフの切り替えを上手にできる方が向いています

勤務時間・曜日:

1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(週平均40時間以内/月平均172時間)

※交代制の24H昼夜勤務

【勤務時間】

例)10:00~翌10:00(休憩4時間+連続休憩4時間)

昼夜勤務⇒非番(明け休み)⇒公休のサイクルを

繰り返すため、月22日程度の勤務ですが

出勤回数は実質月11回程度となります。

■年間休日107日(3日に1回の出勤なので実質214日)
