【1⽇の作業の流れ】
10:00~ 開店準備
店頭・店内の清掃などをしてお客様をお迎えする体制を整えます。
13:00~14:00 お昼休み
落ち着いたタイミングでお昼休憩をとります。
14:00~ 業務再開
丁寧に寄り添いながらお客様に満足していただけるよう接客を行います。
17:00~ 接客の合間に売上分析・本社への報告を行います。
19:00 残業禁止なので、時間ピッタリで閉店。

想定年収:500万円~2,000万円(月給:35万円~80万円)
賞与回数:2回

<店舗スタッフの場合>
■月給35万円以上(固定残業代含む)+インセンティブ
※固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず月35時間分を、一律月5万円支給
上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給
<店長昇格の場合>
■月給55万円〜80万(固定残業代含む)+インセンティブ
※固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず月37時間分を、一律月5万円支給
上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給
