深夜の運行はないため、しっかり休みながら長期間働くことができます

※運行エリアは、安城市近隣の愛知県内が中心です。

<主な業務>

〇バスの運転

・決められたルートと時刻表に従い、安全かつ丁寧にバスを運転し、乗客を目的地まで運びます。

〇お客様対応

・乗客の乗降をお手伝いしたり、運賃を収受したり、車内アナウンスを行ったり、質問に答えたりするなど、乗客に対して丁寧な対応を行います。

・交通状況の報告や忘れ物の対応など、事務所と連携して対応します。

〇点検・清掃

・出庫前に車両の安全点検を行い、日々の運行終了後には車内外の清掃を実施し、快適な車内環境を維持します。

~バスドライバーのある1日の流れ(例)~

6:00 出勤・点呼等

6:45 運行開始

11:30 終点到着・昼休憩(1時間)

12:30 運行開始

14:30 終点到着・交代乗務員と引継ぎ

15:00 点呼・退勤

※他のシフトも時間帯は異なりますが業務は同様の流れです。

※昼前出勤からの運行もあります。

未経験者の方は小型バスからのスタート車格が大きくなく、未経験者でも始めやすいです

週休2日制

年間休日110日(2025年度)

・希望休可能+有給休暇

・基本的に週2日のお休みです。

オフィス内禁煙・分煙

アクセス:

〇宇頭駅から車で4分

〇新安城駅から車で10分

給与:

310,000~380,000円

〇賞与(年2回/7月・12月)

・無事故手当:10,000円

※一部稼働時間により変動あり

・家族手当:配偶者6,000円、子3,000円

・通勤手当(自家用車):5,000円~

※自転車通勤2,500円(固定)徒歩通勤0円
