仕事内容:

アルバイト・パートとして、介護施設全体の運営を支える事務業務をお任せします。人事・労務、経理・会計、介護保険請求業務、総務など、管理業務全般に携わっていただきます。月に1回程度の現場実習を通じて、介護職員や利用者様との関わりを大切にしながら、業務効率向上に貢献する環境です。

お任せすること

・人事・労務業務:採用管理、勤務管理、給与計算など、チームの基盤を整える業務を担当いただきます。 ・経理・会計業務:決算、会計管理など、企業財務の重要な役割を担います。 ・介護保険請求業務:利用者様へのサービス提供を記録し、適切に請求する業務を行います。 ・総務業務と現場実習:施設運営全般のサポートと月1回程度の現場実習で、介護職員の業務を理解しながら、より効率的な事務サポートが実現できます。

月に1回程度の現場実習により、介護職員や利用者様と直接関わりながら業務を学べます。事務と現場の関係性を理解することで、より質の高いサポートが実現でき、やりがいを感じながら働けます。

週3日以上からの相談で、標準勤務(08:30~17:30)と遅番(10:15~19:15)を選択可能。土日祝は標準勤務のみで、家事や育児との両立が実現できます。

求める人材:

・事務経験3年以上が望ましい。

税理士・社労士・簿記・秘書技能検定・MOSなど事務系の有資格者が望ましい。

・要普通免許

・学歴 大卒

・定年 60歳に達した年度の末日

※65歳までの再雇用制度あり

(65歳以上の方も雇用延長実績あり(最高年齢80歳、70代多数勤務)、再雇用の場合は条件など異なる。)

原則週3日以上からの勤務をお願いしていますが、応相談。
