職務内容
Sale Executive(SE) としてセールス・チームに所属し、H.I.L.T.O.N.バリューを実践のもと、全国にあるバケーション・ギャラリー(販売会場)において、お客様 にHGVの「バケーションオーナシップ」という新たな所有形態の別荘とバケーション・スタイルの提案営業を行い、HGVの売り上げ拡大を最大限にする。

具体的にはSEとして、H.I.L.T.O.N.バリューを実践のもと、ブランドの品位を保ちつつ、以下の業務を行う。

  • 一定の基準を満たしセールスギャラリーに来場されたお客様に、新たな概念の商品であるヒルトンブランドのバケーションオーナーシップについて、90分/回の 中でプレゼンテーションを行い、販売し、新規顧客を獲得する。
  • 既存のオーナー様に対し、新規物件やアップグレード販売を行う。
  • お客様からのお問い合わせ、クレームに関し、クライアント・リレーションチームと連携して解決を行う。
  • ご購入されたお客様と電話、Email、書面、時に対面でのフォローアップのコミュニケーションを行い、お客様の満足度向上に努めるほか、アップグレード等の 販売機会を最大限とする。
  • 販売活動中やその他お客様からの意見等を上司や関連部署にフィードバックし、品質改善を行う。
  • 短期出張ベースで、仮設セールスギャラリーにおけるイベントや販売活動の実施。
  • その他上長から指示される業務の実施。

  • 具体的な目標数値の達成に意欲的に取り 組め、成果主義の環境を好む方
