企業と求職者をつなぐ人材営業職です。

一方的に売り込むのではなく、

双方の気持ちを汲み取り、最適な選択肢を提案する仕事です。

・テレアポ(1日50件程度/トークスクリプトあり)

・企業へのヒアリング・ニーズ整理

・求人内容の提案(派遣/紹介/請負)

・求職者との面談・キャリア相談

・職場見学の同行

・就業後フォロー

・新規取引先対応(ノルマなし)

・契約書・各種申請対応

※クレーム対応は原則ありません

※困った時はチームでフォローします

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

9:00〜18:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

※休憩は原則12:00〜13:00

※月平均残業時間:10時間程度(※固定残業時間内で収まる想定)

基本給:年俸 321万6000円 〜 357万6000円

固定残業代:あり

固定残業時間:32.56~34.66時間

固定残業代:53,500円〜62,500円
