本募集はClinical Translational Research Hub設置に関して新設されるポジションです。
早期臨床開発段階における日本またはグローバル試験の試験リーダーを担当します。グローバル試験で試験リーダーをサポートする場合もあります。
About The Role
主な役割責任
早期臨床開発段階(Phase 1からPhase 2a)におけるグローバルの部門横断的な臨床試験チームをリードまたはサポートし、高品質な試験成果物をスケジュールどおりに提供します。
メディカルリードおよびその他の関連部署メンバーと協力して試験実施計画書の作成プロセスをリードまたはサポートします。
試験コンセプトの立案や実施可能性の評価に関する戦略的および科学的なインプットをサポートします。
被験者登録目標が満たされるように、部門横断的な主要メンバーと協力して、戦略的でパフォーマンスの高い実施医療機関を特定して選定します。
メディカルリードおよびその他の関連部署メンバーと協力し、臨床試験データのレビューをリードまたはサポートし、試験総括報告書を作成し、臨床試験結果を報告します。
必須要件
ライフサイエンス/ヘルスケアの学士号が必要。より高度な学位が望ましい(PhD / MD / PharmD /MS)。
臨床開発/臨床試験における1年以上の経験。
流暢な英語および日本語(口頭および書面)
高い学習敏捷性。
予測不可能な状況や速い変化の中でのコラボレーションを推進する力。
前向きな関係を築くための対人スキル。
ICH-GCPに関する知識
望ましい要件
臨床試験リーダーまたはサブリーダーとしての経験。

Fluent English and Japanese (oral and written)
