ハースアカデミー保育園では、創造性豊かな"生きる力"を育てていくため、

型にはめず子ども達の感性を尊重し、「想像力、日本語・英語力、記憶力」を養うプログラムを編成・実施しています。

その子に合った最良の幼児教育を提供できるよう、ひとりひとりの個性とその成長過程に寄り添った教育を行います。

◆どんな保育園?

名古屋東部エリアで医療・介護福祉事業を運営するハースが自社で運営している企業主導型保育園です。

2017年の開園以来、ハース従業員のお子さまを中心に地域の子ども達の成長を育んできました。

の4つを保育目標に、子ども達の年齢・環境の垣根を超えた成長をお手伝いしています。

◇対象:0歳6ヶ月〜5歳(0〜2歳児優先)

◇定員:10名

◇スタッフ数:6名(管理者、正社員、パート含む)

認可保育園と同じく地域のお子さまもご利用いただける保育園ですが、現在はハース従業員のお子さまが9割。

同建物内に障がい児デイサービスを併設しているため、看護師やリハビリスタッフなど療育スキルを持つスタッフも多数在籍しています。

スキルを身に付けてキャリアアップしたり、保育士から障がい児支援へキャリアチェンジも可能な学べる環境です。

◆設立・運営への想い

私たちSENSEは「利用者様の幸せのためにはスタッフが幸せであること」が大切だと考えている会社です。

「心のこもったおもてなしを皆さまへ」を企業理念に掲げていますが、スタッフ自身が不幸であってはとても実現できるものではありません。

■9:00~17:00

※週4日~OK勤務時間、勤務曜日応相談

※日曜休み

※フルタイム勤務・ゆくゆく正社員を目指したい方大歓迎

■年末年始(12月30日~1月3日)

■年次有給休暇(入社日より6ヶ月継続勤務後、10日支給)

★土日祝日は時給+50円UPします
