【事業・組織構成の概要】
NEC海底ケーブル事業は、世界トップ3サプライヤーの一角として、60年以上の歴史と40万キロメートルに及ぶ敷設実績を有しています 。当事業は、光海底ケーブルや関連装置の製造から、ルート調査、システム設計、敷設工事、運用・保守までを一貫して提供できるトータルソリューションプロバイダーです 。
近年、世界のインターネットトラフィックの3分の2以上を占めるハイパースケーラー(OTT)が海底ケーブル敷設の主要な牽引役となっており 、この市場変化に対応するため、新たな戦略・事業開発職のポジションを創設します。
【職務内容】
部門DX戦略の策定とロードマップの作成
事業の現状(受注から設計、製造、敷設、保守までのバリューチェーン)を分析し、課題を特定。
短期的な生産性向上策と、中長期的なビジネスモデル変革を見据えたDXロードマップの策定。プロジェクトマネジメント・生産性向上の推進
業務プロセスの自動化・標準化: 煩雑な設計業務やプロジェクト管理、グローバルなサプライチェーン管理におけるアナログ作業をデジタル化(SaaS活用、RPA、独自アプリ開発等)し、部門員の工数を劇的に削減。
ナレッジマネジメントの実装: 過去の膨大な敷設データや技術資産をAIや検索基盤で統合し、技術承継とエンジニアリングの高度化を支援。経営の高度化に向けたデータ基盤の構築
経営ダッシュボードの構築: 各プロジェクトの進捗、コスト、リソース状況をリアルタイムに可視化し、経営層が迅速かつ正確に判断を下せるBI(Business Intelligence)環境の整備。
予測精度の向上: 蓄積されたデータを活用し、原価予測やリスクシミュレーションの高度化を推進。

応募資格 / Qualifications
【MUST】
以下を満たすこと
経験:
・ 業界や規模を問わず、EQ開発や社内システムの開発経験(アジャイル開発経験が望ましい)
・ 部門横断的かつグローバルなステークホルダーとの調整経験
・ グループ会社や外部パートナーとの協業・共創プロジェクト推進経験
・ 経営戦略をITで具現化した経験
・ 不確実性の高い環境での変革プロジェクト主導経験
・ MS社のプラットフォーム(MS365, Power Automate, Power BI, Sharepoint, Copilot)での業務ソフトウェア構築経験
・ SQL, PYTHON, DHW等でのデーターエンジニアリング経験
スキル:
・ 社内・顧客との関係構築経験。
・ 技術的課題を特定し、解決策を提案する能力。
・ クロスファンクショナルなチームと連携し、プロジェクトを推進する能力。
・ ビジネス/技術文書を理解できる英語力(TOEIC700点以上)
知識:
・ 通信・ITインフラ業界、特にクラウド、ネットワーク、データセンターに関する知見。

経験:
・ 海底ケーブル業界、または同様のインフラ事業での事業開発経験。海外の通信キャリア(Telco)、OTTとのビジネス経験。

【想定報酬】
プロフェッショナル(課長相当)の場合
・年収930万~1200万円程度
・月給58万~80万円程度(月額基本給58万~80万円程度を含む)
※前職年収を考慮、当社規定による
主任の場合
・年収680万~930万円程度
・月給44万~61万円程度(月額基本給35万~49万円程度を含む)
※前職年収を考慮、当社規定による
