【業務内容】

ご利用者さまのご自宅に訪問し、

「頑張らなくても暮らせる体の使い方」

を目指したリハビリを担当します。

歩行・立位・姿勢の基本訓練に加え、

最小限の力で動ける省エネ動作アドバイス

家事・移動の動作を効率化する実践指導

疲労や痛みをためにくい体の使い方調整

家具配置・動線見直しによる生活導線改善

など、無理せず続けられる生活運動 を重視した支援を行います。

家族・ケアマネジャーとも連携し、

「今の暮らしを無理なく続けるための最適解」 を一緒に考えるスタイルです。

【1日のスケジュール例】

8:45 出勤・訪問準備(生活動線と課題整理)

9:00 午前訪問(省エネ動作・生活訓練)

12:00 休憩

13:30 午後訪問(環境調整・家族アドバイス)

16:30 記録・ケアマネ共有・改善提案

17:30 退勤
