当社では、以下のようなコンサルティングサービスを提供しており
クライアントの営業利益向上に貢献できるコンサルタントを募集しています。
<提供するコンサルティングサービス>
・クライアント様の営業利益の改善にコミットし、最適な集客支援戦略の構築やコスト体制の強化サポート
・クライアント様施設の売上最大化に向けた施策の推進(広告運用の方針決定、広告費用の承認取得、最適な料金調整など)
<具体的な業務内容>
・施設の集客戦略の立案・策定
・クライアント様への施策提案および予算獲得に向けた提案活動
・社内関係者やクライアント様との調整・進行管理
・地域の市場調査(情報収集、分析)
・クライアント様へのアップセル提案
・社内業務の効率化・生産性向上のための改善施策の実行

勤務時間・曜日:
10:00~19:00(休憩1時間) ※標準的な勤務時間帯
コアタイムなしのフルフレックス制度

給与:
固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥4,380,000 〜 ¥5,400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥65,994〜¥81,978(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
・昇給年1回(4月)
・通勤手当(会社規定に基づき支給)
・旅行手当(年度につき上限17万円までの交通費、宿泊代の実費を支給)
・利益達成インセンティブ(年1回/会社業績による)※業績によっては支給しない場合あり
