・バリ取り機やハンドツールでの製品仕上げ作業

・完成品に付着した油や粉塵の拭き上げ

・社内システムを使った作業実績の入力

・製造機械への材料セット補助

・書類スキャンや整理などの事務サポート

オータマは高透磁率軟磁性材料(パーマロイ等)の加工・熱処理を専門とし、磁気シールド分野で世界的に見ても競争相手がほぼいない唯一無二の企業です。年に一度どころか数年に一度の特殊なカスタムメイド製品がほとんどを占めるため、一つとして同じ仕事がありません。

勤務時間は8:00~17:00、8:00~16:00、9:00~17:00から選択可能で、1日7~8時間の勤務で応相談。ご家庭の事情やご希望に合わせて柔軟に対応します。工場は空調完備で、食事スペース完備(スープ無料、冷凍食品補助あり)など働きやすい環境が整備されています。

丁寧な研修で基礎からサポートし、わからないことを相談しやすい社風で未経験者を温かく迎える文化が根付いています。

求める人材:

細かい作業や手作業が得意な方 バリ取りや製品の拭き上げなど、丁寧な手作業が主体の業務です。コツコツとした作業に取り組める方を歓迎します。

モノづくりに関心がある方 「ものづくりに関わってみたい」「体を動かす仕事が好き」という基本的な姿勢がある方であれば、業界経験は問いません。

指導を素直に受け入れ、学び続ける姿勢がある方 オータマでは「素直さこそ最大の武器」と考えています。失敗を糧として学び、次へ進むことができる方に向いています。

フォークリフト免許をお持ちの方 必須ではありませんが、お持ちの場合は作業範囲が広がり、より多くの業務に携わることができます。

勤務時間: 8:00~17:00 / 8:00~16:00 / 9:00~17:00 のいずれか(休憩60分)

※1日7~8時間の勤務で応相談。ご家庭の事情やご希望に合わせて選択いただけます。
