職務内容
デューティーマネージャー(アシスタントマネージャー)は、フロントオフィス部門のリーダーとして、日々のオペレーションを監督・管理し、チームの成長とゲストエクスペリエンスの向上を担う重要なポジションです。
- チェックイン・チェックアウト、ゲスト対応、ナイトシフトを含むフロント業務全体の運営管理
- チームメンバーへの指導・育成・サポートを通じたチーム力の強化
- ゲストの声に耳を傾け、パーソナルで思いやりあるサービスの提供
- 他部門(予約、ハウスキーピング、ベル、コンシェルジュなど)との円滑な連携
- Hyattブランドスタンダードに沿ったオペレーションの実践と継続的な改善
Qualifications
必須条件
- ホテルまたは接客業における実務経験(フロントオフィス経験があれば尚可 )
- 相手との交渉ができるレベルでの英語力と日本語力(いずれも業務での使用経験があること )
- クレーム対応やイレギュラー対応の実務経験
- ゲスト、同僚、上司など多様な関係者と協働できるコミュニケーション力
- チームの一員として責任を持ち、自律的に業務を遂行できる姿勢
- シフト勤務(早朝・夜間・休日含む)への柔軟な対応力
- マルチタスクや変化に柔軟に対応力

- 外資系またはインターナショナルホテルでの勤務経験
- ラグジュアリーホテルでの勤務経験
- 将来的にマネジメントポジションへのキャリアアップを目指す意欲のある方
