【実施プログラム】
〜1日目〜
- オリエンテーション
自己紹介や、
本日の流れをご紹介します。
- 業界研究・成建について知る
住宅業界を知らなくても大丈夫
業界の理解と成建の仕事について、
わかりやすくご説明します。
- 模擬面接
模擬面接を行い、
人事担当者からフィードバックを
させていただきますので、
面接スキルを磨くことも可能です
- 営業部門の仕事を紹介
各部門でどんな仕事をしているのか、
ご紹介します。
社員のリアルな1日を追体験しましょう
〜2日目〜
- 実際の営業業務を体験
完成現場にて仕様説明や法務局等役所にて
資料取得等を予定しております。
また、土地仕入れシミュレーションという
街づくりに絶対に必要な要件
(電気やガスなど)を調査したり、
建築基準法に則り、
クリアしないといけない基準を
確認したりする作業を体験できます。
- 一日の振り返り、質疑応答
本日の振り返りをします。
またざっくばらんに様々な質問に答えます
(開催時間:9時半~16時半)
