  • 調理・接客など日々の営業業務

【炭火焼き鳥 鶏尽】

鶏好きが創る、鶏好きのための、鶏に尽すお店です。

紀州備長炭を使い、"鶏本来の味わい"や旨みや香り、食感、

その引き出し方をとことん追求した、こだわりの鶏料理を提供。

使用する鶏は、奈良の地鶏"大和肉鶏"がメインです。

養鶏所さんと密にやり取りをしており、餌・飼育日数などの管理にも関わらせていただいております。

鶏の各部位によって、また鶏に限らずお野菜、食材1つ1つに対して、最高の調理法を考えていきます。

そして、生産者の皆様へ感謝し、その『想い』に付加価値をつけ、お客様に伝え感動いただく事を目指したお店です。

勤務時間・曜日:

15:00〜翌3:00(2週間ごとのシフト制)

※勤務時間帯は相談の上、決定します

【営業時間】

17:00~2:00

休暇・休日:

・月8日休み

・完全週休二日

  • 夏季休暇 (3日)
  • 年末年始休暇(2~3日)
  • 年次有給休暇

給与:

└ マネージャー:月6万円

└ 店長:月3万円
