総務部の一員として、

多くの社員と関わりながら、

新卒の採用業務を担当していただきます。

会社の想いや働く人の魅力を学生に届ける、

クリエイティブで発信力の必要なお仕事です。

最初はできることから、

徐々に業務をお任せするので

ムリなく始められ、

安心して働ける環境です。

総務部みんなでサポートします

  • 具体的には…

・総務部全般の業務

(電話・来客対応、備品管理、資料作成等)

・採用サイトの運用や学生へのメール対応

・会社説明会、インターンシップの準備・運営

・学校訪問やイベント出展の準備・運営

・採用SNSの運用 など

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

8:30~17:00(実働7.5時間)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 22万5000円 〜

固定残業代:なし

※経験やスキルを考慮して決定

昇給年1回(6月)

賞与年2回(6月、12月)
