仕事内容:

【派遣先の業務】

地域医療に貢献できる会社で、総務業務をお任せします。

<最初の業務内容>

・PC、携帯、プリンターなどのビジネス用品から社用車などの備品の発注/管理

・機材の準備(手順書がありますので、パソコンに不慣れな方も安心です)

<慣れてきたら>

下記の中から、応募者様の適性に合うお仕事を少しずつお願いいたします。

・各種マニュアル作成や掲示板の作成

・ドライバー部門のシフト作成

・医師の勤務表作成(勤務調整含む)

・専門職採用前後の紹介会社や採用者との入職までのやり取り

・補助金申請

・採用活動(母集団形成の戦略推進、求人票/募集作成、エージェントとの折衝、応募者対応、書類審査、面接調整、面接、候補者の入社までのグリップ、入社時オンボーディングなど)

・社内人事(相談のあった従業員との1on1、社内での人事課題の炙り出し、請求書/領収書対応など)

・広報活動(会議での資料作成、社内外へ向けた広報資料作成など)
