仕事内容:

地場大手企業の総務課で、庶務事務をお願いします。

労務管理・給与計算・勤怠管理に関するデータ入力をはじめ、本社ビルの修繕管理に関する書類の仕分け、株主総会用の資料・稟議書の書類の印刷・ファイリング、郵便物仕分け等などをお任せします。

簡単で作業的な事務のため、専門知識や特別なスキルは不要です。

部署内は若手メンバーが多めです。

・データ入力:労務管理・給与計算・勤怠管理に関する内容

・書類仕分け:本社ビル修繕管理に関する内容

・印刷・ファイリング:株主総会用の資料、稟議書類

・郵便物仕分けなど
