シフトの曜日や時間は皆さんの予定やスタイルに合わせて決めていただけます。

  • 例えばこんなスタッフがいます

・週4日7時間でしっかり稼ぐ

・週3日午前中だけの勤務

・週3日午後だけの勤務

・フィッツリハと保育の仕事をかけもち

・フルタイムでパート。あえて正社員にならない選択もOKな環境です

・土曜日だけ勤務

・看護の仕事とかけもち。看護師資格を生かせる仕事もあります

【具体的な仕事内容】

利用者様のサポート、介助、送迎など一般的なデイサービスの介護業務に加えて利用者様と一緒に体を動かす機会があるのがフィッツリハならでは。

運動する機会があるおかげで「腰痛が良くなった」という職員もいるほどです。

  • 利用者と一緒に運動って?

セラバンド(伸縮性のあるゴムバンド)を使っての体操やレッドコード(天井から吊り下げられた2本の赤いコードを使って行う運動)で利用者様のお手本として、前に出て運動していただきます。

高齢者向けの運動なので簡単です

今いる職員たちも、1ヶ月ほどでマスターしています。

仕事の中で運動やその効果について学んだり、自分自身も体を動かすきっかけができたりと、新しい発見がたくさんあるのでモチベーション高く働けます。

利用者の方が無理なく楽しく体を動かせる環境を提供します。

  • レクリエーションなどは行いません

利用者様が私たちの店舗にいらっしゃる目的は体を動かすこと。

その希望にお応えすることだけを考えています。

遊戯会などのレクリエーションは一切実施していません。

  • 体を動かすのが大好きな方が多数

私たちの店舗を利用したあとにフィットネスクラブへ行く方もいらっしゃるほど。

勤務時間詳細

  • 8:00~17:00
  • 9:00~18:00
  • 8:30~17:30

上記の中から、ご自身の都合がいい時間でシフトを組んで働けます。

※すべて休憩60分

休日休暇

  • 年末年始休暇(12/30~1/4)
  • 夏季休暇(3日間)
  • 有給休暇(法定通り付与)
  • その他法定休暇

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1350円 〜

交通費支給(上限3万円/月)

  • 勤続年数、勤務時間、スキルなどによって年1回昇給します。時給100円~200円の昇給も可能です。具体的な制度や金額については面接でお伝えしますのでお気軽にお問合せくださいね。
  • 運転を担当してくれる方は運転手当として時給100円アップ
