Key job responsibilities
このポジションは、神奈川エリアを中心に、配送ストアの開拓、契約、オペレーションに責任を持ち、配送ストアのパフォーマンス管理やオペレーション計画の推進をサポートします。
■主な責任領域
【戦略立案・実行】
・エリア戦略の策定とKPI達成に向けたアクションプランの実行
・配送ネットワークの拡大計画の立案と推進
【パートナーシップマネジメント】
・配送パートナー/ストアの開拓・契約推進
・パートナー満足度向上に向けた新規施策の企画・展開
・パフォーマンス管理とコーチング
・配送パートナー/ストア管理を行う派遣社員のマネジメント
【オペレーション改善/効率化】
・業務プロセスの改善と標準化
・品質指標の管理とパフォーマンス向上
・効率的な配送ネットワークの構築
【プロジェクトリード】
・社内の関係部署と連携し、配送パートナー/ストアへ荷物をお届けする過程における 新規オペレーション提案、及び既存プロセス改善を図り、チーム全体の業務効率化を推進する。

こちらのポジションは、神奈川県エリアをご担当いただきます。また、担当エリアや業務状況により、月3日程度の出張(宿泊を伴う場合有)が発生する可能性があります。
・勤務時間:基本は9:00~18:00(フレックス制)
・休日:土日祝(カレンダー通り)

Basic Qualifications:
- 4年制大学卒、社会人経験2年以上
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力
- エクセル操作(基本的な関数やピボットテーブルが扱えるレベル)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2年以上の物流、営業、コンサル経験など
- 営業拡大または業務改善主導の経験(規模の大小は問わず)
- 周囲との円滑なコミュニケーションを通じて信頼関係を構築できる方
- フィードバックを前向きに受け止め、学びや改善に積極的に取り組める方
- 複数の関係部署との意見集約や調整の経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(必須ではない)
- 出張(宿泊と伴う場合有)対応可能な方
