仕事内容:

  • 事務補助業務 教職員・学生対応、来客・電話・メール対応、予算管理、物品購入、出張手続、書類作成 (※業務の変更範囲:なし)

  • 理系の研究室というとデスクに書類が積みあがっているイメージですが、そんなことはなく、綺麗なオフィスです。
  • 勤務日、勤務日数、勤務時間の変更にもかなりフレキシブルに対応します

  • PCスキル ワード、エクセル、メールが使用できること。

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 勤務日数 週3日~週5日(応談)
  • 勤務時間 9:00~17:00の間の4~6時間(応談)
  • 休憩時間 45分
  • 時間外労働 なし
  • 雇用期間 2026年2月1日~2026年3月31日
  • 契約更新の条件 単年度ごとの更新。当初の採用日から5年を超えて更新することはありません (問題なければ更新します。最長5年間働いていただけます)

休暇・休日:

  • 休日等 土・日・祝日、年末年始(12月29日~1月3日)、その他大学が指定した日
  • 有給休暇 6ヵ月経過後の年次有給休暇日数:5日

勤務地:

特定屋外喫煙場所を除き、北海道大学敷地内は禁煙です。

アクセス:

  • 公共交通機関 地下鉄南北線北18条駅または北24条駅から徒歩14分
  • マイカー通勤OK(原則、通勤距離2km以上かつ最寄り駅まで1km以上に限る)

給与:

  • 時給 1,120円~1,210円
  • 通勤手当 実費支給(上限 月額150,000円)

  • 託児施設 北海道大学内保育所ともに(無認可)
