株式会社Quollio Technologiesは、企業のDX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)を加速させるSaaS型「データカタログ製品」を自社開発しています。 現在、多くの企業で「データはあるが、どこに何があるかわからない」という課題が起きています。私たちの製品は、社内に散らばるデータの地図を作り、誰もがデータを活用できる世界を目指しています。

今回は、サービスの拡大に伴い、様々なデータベースやツールと製品を繋ぐ「接続モジュール(スキャナ)」の開発、およびSaaS本体のバックエンド開発を担っていただけるエンジニアを募集します。

私たちが作っているのは、単なる業務ツールではなく「未来のデータインフラ」です。

■ 具体的な業務内容

ご本人のスキルや志向性に合わせて、主に以下の2つの領域からタスクをお任せします。

  1. データソース接続用「スキャナ」の開発(Python) 企業のオンプレミス環境やクラウドにあるデータソース(RDB、DWH、BIツールなど)から、テーブル定義などのメタデータを自動収集する実行ファイル(スキャナ)を作成します。

使用言語: Python

対象ソース例: Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau など

業務の面白さ: 様々なミドルウェアやAPIの仕様に詳しくなれます。どうすれば効率的にデータをクロールできるか、アルゴリズムを考える楽しさがあります。

  1. データカタログSaaS本体の開発(Go / Python) 収集したメタデータを管理・検索・可視化するためのSaaS本体(バックエンド)の開発です。

使用言語: Go (Golang), Python など

業務内容: APIの設計・実装、データ処理ロジックの構築、パフォーマンスチューニング

業務の面白さ: スケーラビリティを意識した設計や、モダンな言語(Go)を用いた堅牢なシステム開発の経験が積めます。

※最初はPythonでのスキャナ開発から入り、徐々にGo言語での本体開発へチャレンジするなど、段階的なステップアップも大歓迎です。

■ 必須スキル

・Pythonを用いたプログラミング経験 ※実務経験は不問です。大学の講義、研究、個人開発などで「コードを書いて動かした経験」があれば応募可能です。

・基本的なPC操作スキル、チャットツールでのコミュニケーション能力 ※SlackやGoogle Meetを用いて、リモートでも報告・連絡・相談ができる方。

・3ヶ月以上の長期勤務が可能な方 ※業務のキャッチアップに一定期間を要するため。

■ 歓迎スキル・経験

・Git / GitHub の使用経験(基本コマンドがわかる程度でOK)

・SQLの基礎知識(SELECT文等の基本操作)

・Go言語(Golang)への興味・関心

・WebアプリケーションやAPIの開発経験

・Dockerなどのコンテナ技術の使用経験

・英語のドキュメントを読むことに抵抗がない方(最新技術の調査のため)

■ 選考時のポイント

GitHubのアカウントや、過去に作成したポートフォリオ(成果物)、Qiita/Zennなどの技術記事があれば、ぜひ選考時にご提示ください。コードの品質や技術への取り組みを重視して評価します。

以下の基本シフトを目安に、実働4時間以上から調整可能です。

10:00〜19:00(休憩60分)

10:30〜19:30(休憩60分)

その他、授業後の「15:00〜19:00」なども相談可能です。

【シフト・働き方について】

学業優先: 授業や試験期間の予定に合わせて柔軟に調整します。お気軽にご相談ください。

休憩時間: 法定通り付与します(実働6時間超で45分、8時間超で60分)。

残業: 基本はありませんが、1日8時間・週40時間の範囲内で、業務状況と本人の希望(上長の承認)により22時までの勤務も可能です。

留学生の方: 資格外活動許可の範囲内(週28時間以内等)の勤務時間を遵守します。
