Q. どんな会社ですか?

A. 皆成建設株式会社で、官公庁やゼネコンから受託する土木工事の施工管理を行っている会社です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 工程管理、品質・安全管理、原価管理、関係各所との折衝、各種書類作成・提出など施工管理業務全般を担当します。

Q. どんな工事を扱いますか?

A. 道路工事、下水道工事、公園工事など地域インフラに関わる重要な公共工事が中心です。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 土木施工管理の実務経験と二級以上の土木施工管理技士の資格が必要ですが、資格取得前でも実務経験次第でご相談可能です。

Q. どんな働き方ができますか?

A. 現場直行直帰OK、年間休日113日、残業月20時間程度で働きやすい環境です。資格取得支援制度もあり、スキルアップも目指せます。
