仕事内容


健康食品に関するお問合せ対応をお願いします。

【主な対応内容】

・CMやチラシを見たお客様からの新規注文受付

・定期購入の内容変更や引き上げ対応

・商品についてのご質問

(発送日、成分、価格、返品方法、購入特典など)

・お支払いに関するご相談

(支払い方法の変更、支払日の調整など)

案内内容はマニュアルに沿って進めます。

慣れるまでは管理者がすぐフォローに入れる体制です。
