【 Job Description】

【Responsibilities】

・Responsible for analyzing business side requirements for new and existing business development promoted by the company and for overall management of system development

・Requirement definition, technology selection, and development progress management

・Design and implementation of back-end and front-end systems

・Management of development partner companies and personnel, code review

【On-going Projects】

・New services related to payment and advertising

・Brain MRI diagnostic business in the medical/healthcare domain

・DX promotion services for legacy industries (real estate, legal, etc.)

・Food delivery services for food and beverage outlets

→After joining the company, you will be assigned to one of the above projects depending on your experience.

【Career Path】

・The company's Technorogy Department is a new organization established in September 2021 and is positioned as an important part of Digital Garage's technology core.

・As this organization expands, you will aim to become an engineering manager or executive engineering manager who manages multiple projects.

・If the service you are in charge of is to be spun off, you may be transferred as a start-up member, depending on your preference.

*There is a track record of spinning off from the R&D department within the group.

【 Requirements】

・Experience in web services development (3+ years)

・Experience (1+ years) developing on AWS or other public cloud

・Knowledge and experience with databases
